Pilates is for everybody, so why a separate class just for men?
Overall men have shorter hamstring muscles and stronger arms and legs compared to women. Men are typically less flexible as well.This means that a different approach is needed for men so they too can enjoy all of the benefits that Pilates has to offer.
What is different from a regular reformer class?
The Men's reformer class uses heavier springs to focus more on strength training and less on flexibility. Men will still receive a great workout from our regular reformer classes, so it always possible to join those as well.
